some FC's are nothing but invite-spam and people probably quit the game and didn't say anything.

Our FC is definitely not one of those spam shout ones. We did all our recruitment through online recruitment pages before beta and during beta, then stopped open recruitment once release came August 27th. We've only been recruiting based off reputation alone. We had a solid community the first few weeks and it's just sad to see a lot of good people leave without a word.
