HM Titan by Watchmen with Dragoon Longnu

This is a video showing the HM Titan fight from a Dragoon's perspective. Our FC WMN was helping a friend out with the fight when I decided it would be a good idea to record for newer players. Sound was left purposely to help those newer players understand the fight better. It's always helpful to have at least one person calling out incoming abilities.

The real DPS Check for Titan comes at heart stage. Everything before and even after should mainly be concern with dodging. These are the abilities he performs in his different phases.

This video really showcased that this fight is all about movement and memorization. Like stated above and shown in the video, only the Heart phase is about damage, the rest is an elegant dance between your party and Titan. Having someone call the rotation is very helpful and soon you will all be able to react to the different abilities without having to think about it. Get in there, wipe until you figure it out and once you do ride that experience to the end. Really fun and challenging fight, imo.

I remember how hard this fight was in the DF. Once you memorize the rotation of the fight though, it is a simple fight, albeit a fun fight. It is probably the most fun fight I have experienced in this game thus far. Having merely one tank helps in the fight as you can sub it with another dps or another healer. However, if everyone knows the fight well it can be done with the typical DF setup.

Titan through DF is nigh impossible due to no gear checks. It's best to form a static group on your server to get it done.

Not only the problem is gearcheck but you don't really need 2 tanks so with 2 tanks you gimp yourself with dps which isnt helping either.
Phase 4 is the dps check but if you need to use limitbreak for it you probably not gonna make it as each time he jumps he jumps 1 time extra which hurt you more. So it will get harder and harder so while a lot may say the heart phase is the dps check it sure doesn't mean that if you manage to kill the hard with the limit break you can kill titan.

Actually it's doable with 2 tanks without even using LB. This is of course, assuming, your group is fully geared and your DPS is frankly good.

It's doable but he probably means through DF which 90% of the time you get stuck with under geared players and people who aren't adept to learning mechanics in a timely manner.
