My guess is you'll have the city to city airships from Ishgard to each city and back and then you'll have airships from LL, Gridania and Ul'dah to places like Skull Valley and Bloodshore. That chocobo outside Gridania with the inflatable thing looks like it could fly, maybe you ride those things for the city to camp airships?
