When the game went to retail I saw them from Camp Bluefog a few times when dropping off local leves there. Hadn't been back up to that area since then and wow getting to Bluefog is a huge pain, so many Diremites it's unbelievable. Really hope SE are planning to go back and address mob placement again as it is pretty ridiculous in that area and there are many more like it.
There's a way to get there without having to run through the diremite gauntlet. Enter the camp from the south.
