DF can be a learning tool for some. Also i like using DF when i a couple friends are online, just grab them and use DF to fill in the rest. DF Will get better once SE introduces Gear level restrictions

You do realize if they do it, they'll just steal WoW's idea, and make it a DF Raid, where it's 'lower' level versions of the real gear, right? Which is good n all.... but if you noticed, they specifically 'did' make a endgame raid for those of you who love DF so much. You just have to be patient and wait for it... like.... a month. Im pretty sure if you can enter coil with DF the rewards would be the same. If its harder using DF why would it drop lesser gear?

I do agree about the raid, if you don't find a good FC with vacant spots for raid group you're screwed. No one pugs coil.

If only we had duty finder on it we would at least become familiar with it, we would at least not suck if we finally find a group to join.

And on top of that, you'd be doing something rather than nothing.

Sure I go around crafting and leveling classes aside. But I still find myself feeling sad I haven't stepped in coil yet.

Simple. They'd make the content easier. Which they 'have'. It's called Crystal Tower. Crystal Tower will be easier than Coil. It's made to be DF for those who want to raid. The gear will be weaker than that which is in Coil, yet its a step above DL. It's pretty much the end between. And it's made easier to take a larger number of people, plus giving those of you who would rather DF than raid with a FC to be able to enjoy. So you are getting your endgame raid dungeon. Just got to wait till the upcoming patch.

Hint: Don't do FATEs then, use the other 4-5 methods of leveling up, just because it's the fastest doesn't mean you having to put yourself through that.

Want gil? Do the DF guildhests.
Want EXP? Do the DF dungeons.
Want gil and EXP? Do the DF guildhests ... or levequests if you prefer.

The leves are for solo, the DF is for filling in spots (or creating an entire party.)

I have yet to have a truely poor DF party, just several rude tanks who disappear after the first boss or so.
