Hello SE,

Recently, I've received an email stating that you have temporarily suspended log in access to my account due to recent suspicious activity. I have no problem with this, and thank you for having a process in place to prevent my account from being hacked, but I wanted to let you know that the launcher will crash when the account is suspended.

I tried to log in before knowing my account was suspended, and upon each attempt, it would just crash after I've input the correct username, password, and token code. When I purposely typed an incorrect password or code, it would return invalid username/password/code error and not crash.

OS: Windows 8 Pro
ISP: TimeWarner

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Account must be suspended
  2. Execute FFXIV launcher
  3. Type in correct username, password, and passcode
  4. Launcher crashes

Steps to remedy issue:
  1. Reset password using email sent by SE
  2. Launch FFXIV launcher
  3. Type in correct username, password, and passcode
  4. Launcher loads game successfully

It seems that the launcher does not know how to properly handle log in requests when accounts are temporarily suspended due to suspicious activity. In turn, throwing a line that the launcher program does not know how to handle causing it to crash.
