Locking my son's Account

he cant figure out what is going on he only has one char and been trying to play when he can on his desktop and everytime he tries to play on it, you lock him out and when he tries to play on laptop he can get in sometimes

Is he on a totally separate Square Enix account than the one in which your character resides? If not, that's your problem. You can't play more than one character per account at a time.

Now if he has a totally separate login to the game client than you, that's a totally different story.
