    This is not always the case for DRG as they can wear leather or scale/light plate. However, there should be no concern if the optimize button simply selected the highest equippible iLVL gear you had. Not all items provide defense...

    I would LOVE to have an Optimize button, especially if I had the option to define what "Optimize" meant. I currently have 10 or 11 (can't remember which) classes up and running and, even though they're all pretty much evenly leveled, it's still a PITA making sure each one is optimally dressed. But even if I couldn't define "optimize", it would still be faster to tweak an outfit than it currently is to go over each and every piece of gear individually.

    I wholeheartedly support an Optimize option (key word, "option", for those who apparently enjoy mousing over every piece of gear).
