You didn't enjoy your time mining? No? Then why did you mine?

Haha, get over it.

Wait what? Increasing the amount of EXP you gain makes mining/botany less tedious? No it bloody doesn't, it just means you're doing something tedious for less time... Running between nodes and hitting confirm several times is still just as tedious as it'll always be, maybe they should fix that instead of making this game even more ridiculously easy to level up in?
I'm 46 miner and putting off grinding to 50 till after the changes, I'll spend my time being productive with the dancers in Ul'dah. I may be slightly annoyed that I've wasted a lot of leve allowance getting miner up which could have been spent getting cul up (or crp, or both) but I'll get over it next week when my XP goes from 500/swing to 601.
Anyone who leveled mining before now got to take advantage of a HUGE market advantage. There is no unfair with the change.
I expected them to make it easier later in the cycle, but this is slightly annoying. I've now given up on Fieldcraft until after the update. I disagree that they need to give Miners & Botanists anything to make up for it, though it still leaves a sour taste if you were/have levelled the jobs.
Says the person whinging about mining being boring and that they should do this. It's not going to change the way mining works you know.
Wait. what's changing?
Holy shit stop whining.
this, you had the advantage of making money, now that ppl that haven't leveled these gathering jobs have more incentive.
reach for the carrot little Q-Q'er, and welcome to the business world![]()
