You only have Miner 50. I did every DoL/DoH in 1.0 and spent more effort than new 2.0 players could ever imagine doing those. Now, you can 1-50 all DoH in less than a week if you're only somewhat "hardcore."

Running between nodes and hitting confirm several times is still just as tedious as it'll always be, maybe they should fix that instead of making this game even more ridiculously easy to level up in?

Botany and Miner are tedious. Do I personally mind that tedium? Not in the slightest, in fact I enjoy it. I was simply pointing out the silliness of some peoples posts claiming that this will "fix" the classes; it wont. If someone finds running up to a node and hitting enter a few times before running up to another, to be tedious, then they'll still find it tedious after this adjustment... They are tedious classes, all this adjustment means is people will spend less time leveling in that tedium; anyone who intends to actually use the classes will still be doing the same tedious routine, the classes don't magically change after 50.

Doing something tedious for less amount of time does result in less tedium, you are correct. There's only so much they can do to it, it's a gathering class.Wait what? I'm 46 miner and putting off grinding to 50 till after the changes, I'll spend my time being productive with the dancers in Ul'dah. I may be slightly annoyed that I've wasted a lot of leve allowance getting miner up which could have been spent getting cul up (or crp, or both) but I'll get over it next week when my XP goes from 500/swing to 601.
