Toto-rak problem and others

First, I'm not sure if this is a known issue, but during a few runs through Toto-rak, we encountered a situation were passage ways were blocked off to party members via the swirling blue mist, while other members of the party were unaffected and could proceed with no problems, not sure what the cause is.
Second, the Conj quest information for "Good Knight, Sweet Dreams" is not being displayed correctly

Someone else in my party had this happen. We opened the passage, but the wall was still up for just the one person.

We were all in close proximity at the times...the second time this happened though the swirling mist blocks vanished after so long, and we were able to proceed...maybe bad server lag...?

This same thing happened to a run I did patch night. Using Return seemed to work for the time being.
