Single Dragoon/Warrior Seeking FC (turn 2 min)

What I want in an FC:
You are an FC who likes to have fun, has progression oriented LS or element, and can talk candidly and constructively about how to improve how each of us individually and as a team. Voice chat required.

What I don't want in an FC:
1) A lot of members who only play with their 3 or 5 friends and no one else within the FC.
2) I don't want to go into Coil/Titan and discover there is one person who is the friend/girlfriend of one of the coreplayers but are effectually dead weight.

About me:
ATM, I run a large (400 member) FC (Gaijin) on Ultima Server. We are up to turn 4 but haven't beaten it. Latency seems to greatly impede a large number of our players. On Monday's I get my ToM. I'm available to raid any time after 4:30PM PST m-f or any time on the weekend. If I see someone parsing 1/2 of the damage they are supposed to without being on stun/silence duty, I WILL bring it up.

What are your issues on turn 4 and what parser are you using?
Also previous raid experiences?

I use FFXIV App, I parse myself around 177 on Titan HM, higher if I use both LBs. My burst is about 270 over 16 seconds. Turn 4 issue is sufficient AoE damage.

Previous Raid Experience: As in other games? The last time I seriously raided was in EQ and on EQ classic servers (Project1999). I play(ed) Eve Online as well. All of my "new" style raiding has been in ARR.

Interested in sustained dps as opposed to your parses with LBs, and burst seems a little small. is that with food/potions?

177 without LBs on Titan HM. I didn't measure the burst with Str pots or food. 220 on last boss of AK without LB. I'm open to advice on improving my numbers. I haven't played with a Dragoon who beat my numbers yet so I have been lacking in that. Melee DPS, as always, have it pretty rough on fights with lots of AoEs. My DPS is tied or beaten by the two really good bards in our coil group -- not in the coil, obviously, because they have to worry about silences and I don't.

I was warrior but changed my main to meet the needs of the raid group (single target LB). I probably should have gone monk, looking online, they do a bit more on the damage front.

Our core group uses Dragoon. Its better when you have 2 bards because of piercing debuff. You can talk to me in game (Crash QQ or Thug Life) if you have any questions. I am not sure what we are recruiting but we are trying to build more groups.

Ah, I have a few feelers out. I'm going to switch servers to be with the group that seems most... awesome. Awesome factors: Good communication, people who want to play at the top of their class, etc. It is possible that 40+ members of Gaijin FC will all go to the same place in server transfer.

Right. I missed that you were transferring. I think goblin will get a lot of people in the transfers. We seem to have a pretty active community and lots of people on reddit and such.
