I think it's legal to post a link to the mcr0 file so people can just copy and paste this macro palette into their game, but will hold off.
It's not legal to post the link to download any file on FFXIV forums due to the issue that it may have a virus or a type of hacking tool. So they it be mod edit if i'm right if not then your good to go.

But i remember in ffxi you not allow to display linkshell website on your bazaar or /sh it due to many account getting hack.
