    Account saying inactive and unable to subscribe

    Hello,

    Before my 30 free subscription ended I renewed my subscription, I have received a conformation email from you guys, but then when I tried to log back on it wouldn't let.
    I have been in contact with my bank and they have confirmed that they are not stopping my transaction from going through. Can some one please help me get my account active again so u can continue to play online
