    LOST MY SECURTY TOKEN CAN YOU UNLINK IT (EASY PROBLEM JUST NEED HELP PLEASE)

    okay first things first I am only able to get on here because my computer kept me logged in THANK GOD but my security token as been nearly lost for a day now and ive looked everywhere I can provide info to tell you its my account eg my billing info but can you please unlink it for me or something so I can play the game THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT PLESE HELP SO PLEASE REPLY TO THIS ive tried support but it TAKES TOO LONG ETC SO PLEASE READ AND HELP ME

    If you know your username, password AND emergency password it told you to write down .... you can take it off somewhere on the site. Probably the mog station, I've never tried it.

    Since you're asking though, I'm guessing you don't have it.

    So use their live chat and call phone support at the same time. That way you can assume one will get through even if the other errors out. They should be able to fix it for you. Other then those two options, you're out of luck.

    Good luck is all anyone here can say really..

    SE support takes forever to not only get a hold of but get them to fix your issue after getting a hold of them. Your best course of action would be to first send a ticket, then try to get thru to phone, and online chat support.

    Or you could just unsub.. The reason ppl pay subscription fees for certain games is becaues they offer things like support. This game has none of the features one would expect of a subscription MMO.

    well yes ive sent multiple tickets in but hoping for some sort of dev to do something sigh i hope i can get contact soon it would be easier if they sorted there support out il see if theres some emergency code in the collectors box its probably not one there but just in case (your talking about the code on the back of the security token right?) but il try just in case i thought i might as well post a thread on here just in case

    THANKS FOR THE INFO p.s ive just found the exact times for when phone calls are used so now i can try and get through its probably easier to try and do it when they first start
