Shadow uncast twin adder grand company can't collect my reward and forward my story

I try so many way, logging in and logging out of the game. i try going back to collect my complete quest for Shadow uncast twin adder grand company. now i have a quest i complete but can't goes forward with my grand company quest. Someone have any issue out there. PLEASE HELP!!

Dude, you have pretty much said the same thing in your ur whole post. Please explain: How you are trying to do it, what you have done. And what exactly is happening when you try turning the quest in.

Before I do, I would like to collect a small amount of additional information from you. Could you please double check to make sure that you have open slots in your inventory. If you're still having problems receiving rewards and/or turning in your quests, I welcome you to submit a report in the bug report forums using the template found Here to ensure we notify the appropriate parties.
