People complaining about not being about to gear alts??

In this game there is no wasted loot! For example our tank in coil is gearing his DRG to full allagan while he plays his PLD. Unlike wow, where the loot is wasted all the time.
Any drops that happen will be useful no matter what untill you have a team with full 90 on all their classes.

Not to mention the fact that you can easily give your alt characters full darklight and a relic, pretty much coil geared with no limitations. All the drops in crystal tower also will be going to alts if the teams don't need it or a class is missing.

I have gear for alts I never intended even making! Why are people complaining about the capability to gear alts? Any myth you spend becomes forfeit the moment an allagan peice drops that is equal in slot. You have to come to terms with that as you go through coil

I have nearly full sets for a healer, DRG/MNK, most of my BRD set and a couple of BLM/SMN pieces from running as a WAR too, can't complain

I have a few other points also you could save myth for 3 weeks! to get a pair of pants or a chest piece and that piece could just drop from coil. Easier than the myth gathering. Potentially it is easily to gear up alts than your main in this game actually depending on drops.

All it takes for a peice of Allagan loot to become alt gear is whether that specific class is missing from the group or the classes that are in the group already have a 90 peice or the same item.

The only issue is that people will need no matter what. I spent ages trying to get the Foestriker to pas a healer and it was never given to me. even a level 50 archer took it when I asked nicely. :/

except for rings and neckglaces I have the full set for EVERY CLASS from AK, And I'm not kidding.

I ran BCB turn 1 on my warrior this week and I got the Shield For my pld and I wasn't even tanking on my pld because the MT had his +1 shield already. So now I have relic on my PLD and already have the shield so don't need my +1 shield which saves me like 400+ myth or w/e it is. Once crystal tower comes out, it will be raining gear.

Keep in mind though that CT is IL 80 and BCB is IL90.

Also we run BCB with a static and we communicate who should get a piece of gear and don't just need stuff. E.g. PLD gave me the shield for my alt because he had +1 and it's nice to be able to be PLD or WAR for various parts of BCB. In another instance a healer might pass a ring because it's a better upgrade for the other healer, etc.

Yeah, I have never understood this complaint. I would farm AK on my monk to get gear for my Warrior. I would then farm CM on my monk to farm currency for Warrior. I'm not sure why they think they aren't allow to have gear on multiple jobs.

the problem is, as usual, stupid people who want absolutely everything, and they want it RIGHT THE HELL NOW.

Its an MMO, designed to suck time while entertaining you, You can still gear up every class in full myth sets, it just stakes *Gasp* time!

Until the whiners accept and understand that simple fact, we will continue to see stupid posts about gearing altclasses or making a character for each class so you can get 300 Myths per week on each of em .....
