Why doesn't shouting 20-50 times per minute resort in an automute?

Seriously, these shouters are going every second. I'd say autoban, but I'm not sure a plain-old troll should be banned for doing something like this, but these gilsellers are shouting the same basic thing agand and again and again and again.

Yeah, if SE implemented this, they'd slow down shouting, but at least it would catch some (and trolls) every now and then. Honestly, even more than 5 times in a minute should be enough.

I think there is a method in place to prevent the SAME message being spammed but more often than not, the messages are slightly different if you look at them. They have a random character string at the end that changes with every shout.

I never said anything about shouting the same thing every second, I just said shouting every second.

Seriously, if you're having that active of a conversation that you can shout 6 times a minute, take it to tells, everyone will appreciate it.

Why don't they ban it? Because that would make too much sense.

But instead make way for bans for legitimate players who have done well with crafting and/or gathering!
