    system error

    hello just bought digital copy for my pc tried to launch so i could download and i get an error. internet explorer cannot open the internet site http://frontier.ffxiv.com/arr_win/eula.html?lang=en operation aborted system error -214746467260. please help. oh and im running vista if that matters.
