    Monk/Dragoon and mana

As I was leveling my White Mage, I realized that a disciple of Magic was pretty much free to spend their TP as they had no need for this resource except for sprinting. In the case of Paladins and Warriors, they use all three resource pools.

Monks and Dragoons however only seem to use two out of three available resource pools. As DoWs, we can't add actions that come from a DoM and there doesn't seem to be anything mana-consuming to pick from the other DoW classes/jobs.

Some of the Monk tooltips hint at the various fists using mana, but this is obviously not the case. Was this how things worked in 1.0? Shouldn't these two jobs be designed so that they as well get some use out of their mana pool, even if it's just some small utility?Personally, I'd like to see Monk Fists use mana to add effects to them.

I imagine mana-draining fists something like this:

    Fists of Fire
Increases damage dealt by X%. Each attack and basic action taken now drain MP.

    Fists of Wind
Increases movement speed X% and skill speed by Y%. Drains MP every second whist this fist is active.

    Fists of Earth
Decreases incoming damage by X%. Each instance of damage taken and reduced now drain MP.

I'm sure dragoons can enjoy mana in some way as well!
