Moonfire Faire on Leviathan server bugged/ NPCs missing

Area and coordinates: Old Gridania (10,8)
Steps:
1. Used Fantasia on my character to gender change from female miqo'te to male miqo'te.
2. Decided to rebuy the swimsuits since they did not gender change with my character (another issue entirely).
3. Approached location of Moonfire Faire NPCs in Gridania to find no one there and decorations missing.
4. Submitted a GM ticket to be told they could not help me with in-game events.
5. Logged into an alternate character on Hyperion server (Kimya Tealeaf) to verify that yes, the event is still running, and it is present on Hyperion server at Old Gridania (10,8).
6. Conclusion: Moonfire Faire on Leviathan server is bugged and the NPCs are missing.

I thought the event had ended without any notice till I saw this thread. So I logged into my Ridill character and went to Ul'dah and sure enough the event npc and decorations are still there. so yea Leviathan is bugged.
