Do not, i repeat, Do not go to Behemoth, DANGER Will Robinson DANGER!!! its lag and delay on this game is terrible, yes it has an Australian Population but its full, and as tested last night on both servers..Aoe in this game is a game breaker..

350-370 ping on Behemoth
210-250 ping on Tonberry

I have rural internet off net internet, so yours will/should be better but still..we are all going to Tonberry.

Good luck finding any Aussies there. Been in all 3 major cities shouting to find other Aussies and other than the usual trolling replies, had just 1 Aussie reply. And that has been over a full week every evening. So I dunno where they are hiding....but they sure as hell aren't replying in the cities.

That depends, like I said not everyone gets that kind of connection. I know of alot of people who get better connection to Behemoth than Tonberry. The only way to find out is to try it for yourself. And during Oceanic primetime, I have never been in a queue, so I don't see what the issue is.

That seems odd as i went there last night to obviously check the ping and shouted for Aussies on my lowbie there, i got two Pms from Aussies and Shouts back and even Aussie/NZ FC invites... this was at Ul'Dah.

Theres are 2-3 FCs that are australian.. i dont know how you can only run into one.

Oh, I haven't actively looked. I'm sure a lot of the people I've met in duty finder have been Australian, but I haven't specifically asked

Heaps of Aussies on Tonberry. Try shouting in Dragonhead or Revanents Toll. Or go to different websites, including this one and look on the server forum

Very hard to go look for Aussies at either of those places when your character is only level 20.
Like I said earlier I only play there part time, and play on Diabolos full-time. Just as I'm getting higher up in levels latency seems to have become much more of a factor. (I usually ping about 400-600ms, with spikes up to 1500ms on Diabolos)
