Radiance is a small Free Company whose belief is that how we see and treat ourselves will reflect on how others will see us as a whole. Our vision is to create a FC that can enjoy end-game content, obtain gear/items and have fun doing it! The guarantee to our members is that as long as you can uphold these beliefs and help fulfill this vision, you will have one of the best times ever in the world of Eorzea.

Our recent accomplishment is completion of BCoB turn 4.

We are currently looking for one tank and one healer to recruit. We require all new applicants to have some experience in BCoB, as well as a +1 relic on their main job.
