Is it the city with the pub in the opening movie?
Talking of which, I wish I could rewatch other movies/cutscenes than the opening.

A) No, that's a track from the Final Fantasy X OST
B) There's nothing that says it can't be Hydaelyn, but this tech demo probably existed before the concept for Hydaelyn was set in stone.
C)Also a possibility, but doubtful. More likely the pub in the opening CG is the Adventurer's Guild of Ishgard. That's just my speculation, though.

I agree on being able to rewatch cutscenes. I want to go through the Limsa Lominsa stuff again just to try to make heads or tails of it.

It looks like it would be a good city for the Garlean Empire because of their technological state. It would be awesome if they added it though, hoping for Ishgard first though lol.

I have to agree with this.

Although it isn't in the game yet, there's nothing to say that some incarnation of the tech demo city won't make it into the game during a later expansion into Hydaelyn. I believe the devs have said as much that the game won't just be ending on Eorzean soil. There's the landmass where the Garlean Empire is located, and who knows what else we may see? Who knows if we might "visit" Vana 'diel at some point or another?

I could imagine that being in Garlea, actually. Sure, the Garlean empire doesn't look like that generally, but all its cities are bound to be different given this is a Final Fantasy game.

.. Either that or it's Ala Mhigo. Which wouldn't surprise me. That Adventurers' Guild looks kinda similar to the one from the intro, which, if you read into it, looks like it took place prior to the fall of that city state, so... eh, still, yeah, that is an awfully cool city. But of course it could just be an old concept for Limsa Lominsa before they opted to lower the tech levels somewhat, or something.
