We are a somewhat casual group of 4 people. Casual meaning we can only play evenings and weekends after work. All age 30+. We're in our mid 30s and runing dungeons etc gearing up for end game content. Lot of humor involved and we're really only looking for a few more specific roles to fill the larger 8+ groups needed for Titan, AK, etc once we get to those points in the next month or so.

Our tank is solid, our DPS know their roles, our healer is awesome, everyone knows how to play properly and learn from new dungeons!
