Someone on this forum suggested this takes too long and gave this recommendation:

Mark > Shield Lob > Flash > FB > SBlade > Change Target > RoH> FB > Change Target > SBlade > RoH > etc

I call it two thirds, because I change targets to the mob I am most likely going to lose aggro on every 2/3 of a RoH Sequence. I also use the big attacks as soon as they are off timer, no matter where I am in the rotation. Also when I lose aggro on a mob, I Shield Lob to get it back, which I always follow with a Flash.
