    Above
    Shield Lob
While walking to the mobs flash.
    Group them together while Flashing.
Once grouped, spam flash till 30-40% mp.
Start single target with Fast blade>riot blade>flash(weaving fight or flight in between+one of your defensive cooldown)

    OT
    PLD
    While approaching the group
    Shield lob
while walking towards the group(you will see mobs coming closer to each other after the first on gets aggro on you, with enough practice, you will know what is a good distance to use flash)
While grouping them together,Use flash while weaving a defensive cooldown like rampart and once they are close enough do FoF>Flash>Scorn to make sure you hit them all.
When MP gets to 50%, make sure to position enemies during your flashing phase, for either aoe burning or giving the melee dps the exposed backs for them.

Once done that, start your single target rotation by rotating enemies every 2 hits(fast & savage then halone another one).
Make sure to throw flash here and there.

If you're tanking 3 mobs that do physical damage, you may not want to keep using Rage of Halone on the main target if you don't need to, to keep aggro on it. Keep in mind, Rage of Halone grants a debuff that reduces your targets STR by 10%, therefore reducing the damage done to you, ergo increasing your mitigation.

If you can keep that debuff up on multiple mobs, WHILE keeping hate on everything, it will help a lot when tanking them. The debuff itself lasts for 20 seconds, so it's very easy to keep up on three mobs once you get a solid hate built up.

If your talking big pulls like BL hard really all you can do is flash and cos. if it's 3 mobs I typically double flash, cos, then do my roh rotation but swap mobs as you go. 1st and 2nd attack same mob, tab target, roh different mob, tab, reappeat.

With the way targeting works you should tab in the same mob till you have gone through them all.

Also don't forget to mark a mob so your dps stay instead of following your target.
