    The only way to remove them directly is to temporarily cancel the service account (using the Mog Station) until the session ID expires. This can take several hours from what I've read. Once they are off, you can activate the service account and login with your new password and OTP.

    Edit: When I ordered my OTP device, SE stated it would take up to 10 business days to arrive. I received it 5 business days later (YMMV).
