Looking for a good semi-HC raiding FC to join

Hey guys! I hit 50 a few days ago and have been farming up some DL armor and for my relic. I'm really looking forward to end-game raids and as such I'm looking for a FC with a skilled, helpful community to achieve these goals. I also enjoy goofing around, so people who don't have sticks completely jammed inside them is a plus. I have a functional headset and vent/mumble/ts3.
About myself - I'm 25, I've been an avid gamer my entire life. I've been playing MMO's since i was 14 (ragnarok online was my first). I raided in WoW as a Ret/Prot paladin for about 6 years, during that time I held the #1 paladin spot on my server through BC and LK. I ws also in a guild ranked #3 in BC, and #2 in LK. In Cata I became a lot less hardcore about things, and since I got married, have slowed down too. I do, however, work from home which affords me the oppertunity to play pretty much as I like.
