it was online chat support feature, i know the ticket history is somewhere on the website, i just can't find it. And what i've asked was to remove my free days, not my PS3 version, as it will be upgraded into a PS4 version in the future.
Can we get a Community rep to respond to this?

I was in Beta 4 on the PS3. I ended up switching to PC (when the game was once again available) because endgame on the PS3 just isn't practical. My friends ended up surprising me by buying the game for PC right before they cut off downloads.
I am on Behemoth, which is heavily populated, and because at the time they were unable to make a character on the server they ended up on Lamia.
So free server transfers are announced... and I am not eligible. After paying twice for a game they expect me (and many others) to pay, quite possibly, the same price as a PC version of the game. So I am expected to pay for a game essentially 3 times as well as a subscription. How could this be acceptable? Did this problem come up when figuring out server transfers and the idea of letting multi-platform(and legacy) subscribers transfer at the same time cross a line?
I truly feel that we are being punished for supporting the game too much.

i have only one thing to say about it...
People getting punished for buying two copies of the game is ridiculous, and SE is proving once again that they dont have a good customer service and are not prepared to deal with some kind of situations...
I hope that at least this time SE give to this guys a rightfull way to solve their problem, cause they deserve to get server transfer for free... at least we all deserve as we were forced to create our accs in servers that werent crowdy by that time..
PLEASE COSMOS... SAVE US FROM THIS MEANECE!!
My two cents: they didn't prepare the system to handle this situation and they probably aren't giving you enough priority to do so.
Square Enix, please take the extra effort for your most loyal customers who purchased TWO copies of the game, only one 30-day free trial should have elapsed for transfer elegibility.
They could easily determine eligibility by
ARR registration date over 30 days ?

Please fix it. I'm not even affected by this but that requirement is legit stupid.
Great and even if you subscribe you still cant do the transfer. Now I am going to have to wait until november... THANKS SE!
