50 BLM LF Raid/Progression FC

With the free World Transfers coming up, I'm looking at possibly a new home on another Legacy Sever (currently on Hyperion). I've spent time in all sizes and types of guilds, and even lead groups.

I'm known for being in game around 4-5 hours a day during the week and more on the weekends. I enjoy crafting a lot, level alt. classes and helping other players in addition to raiding and gearing up.

EverQuest (6 yrs) - including time as GM and senior GM
WoW (5 yrs) - including hardcore raid progression groups and raid/guild leadership
FFXI (4 yrs)
Age of Conan (1 yr)
Lord of the Rings Online (6 mths)
Star Wars:TOR (6 mths)
Rift (1 yr) -including raid progression groups
League of Legends (2 yrs) - debatable as whether this is really an MMO

What I'm looking for in a Free Company:
Basically, I'm looking for a group that is large and active. Another major requirement is a vocal, active, helpful leadership group. I've seen too many groups where the leaders only care about progression raiding and want the everyone else to entertain themselves. I've also seen groups where the FC becomes split in half between the crafters/casual/alt. class levelers and the top end raid group with no one helping or working together.

I'm willing to help anyone I can, when I'm not busy. Regardless if the request is crafting, a level 50 dungeon, a level 15 dungeon, or just answering questions. I expect the same group member mentality and helpfulness out of the FC I join.

What I bring to the table:
As mentioned above, I'm always willing to help anyone I can, whenever I'm not really busy. I've had people say I didn't progress "fast enough" because I was too busy helping other FC members. I also do a lot of crafting, a lot of research and a lot of reading. So even if I'm not on the front lines of a hardcore progression group, I'm still keeping up with knowledge gain and learning other aspects of the games to help the group.
