Wanted a new look but feel like i'm in a rut for what I want. Need some opinions
I'm glad to see the Elezen pic thread still going after all these years. I will have to post a new image of my Elezen that I am still playing.
I like to make "main" glamours for different characters I use, I think this is the one I'm going to go with for my elezen! ^^

Welcome!
Glamour isn't too hard once you get the basics of how it works.
First you need to have done a sidequest at Vesper Bay to unlock the ability (and another one to unlock dyes); this should give you some glamour prisms, which are spent when applying glamours.
Now you will have the option to apply the appearance of one piece of gear to a different piece of gear, though it only works if you can equip the visible item (i.e. you can't make your mage robes look like tank armour or higher-level equipment).
If you go to an inn room, you also have the option to store gear in the "glamour dresser" and use it to build pre-set outfits that can be applied to your current gear. This is much more efficient for glamours you want to use frequently, as it's quicker to apply and you only need to spend prisms when initially storing the item instead of when applying it.
