I'd bought 3 fantasias during the sale and now I have 1 left. I'm tempted to change from this (spoiler for patch 4.1 MSQ, I guess, but not really, and also because the pictures are kinda large)

To maybe this:

The only things that changed are the skin tone and the hair color.

Honestly i wouldn't use a phantasia just to change skintone.
Unless you want to change something major in your character, the esthetician is enough most of the time
