2.1 with vote to kick, they should fix trials so that if someone leaves or gets kicked the instance resets and puts you back in the circle while it finds someone else. Making all those dps wait for ques again etc is so horrible.
Why would you only judge players by what they can do in a raid? If X is an accountant in rl, and he is a wiz with numbers but steals outside of work why would you not fire him? Same with the FC, if someone is being an ass, behaving like a child and griefing/afking/stealing you think I should just ignore that behavior and only judge them on what numbers they can pull in Coil? No thank you. I think its you that might need to take a more adult approach to this kind of thing. This game may be anonymous, but it doesn't give you license to act like a 10 year old, its still a social game in the end.Except that progression oriented guilds judge players by their performance not by what they do outside raiding. You will be making an exhibition of youreself and providing them entertainment at best. Its Kindergarten at its best - Hey Leader X players said Y to Z and hes been really bad mannered - i can already see that facial expression. Grow up people.
When I see someone act like a complete douche in game I notice their guild tag, and it reflects on the guild. If I were a guild leader I would want to hear about it if I had a member repeatedly acting like a jerk with the name of our guild above his head. Any respectable FC leader would care.
I feel like i'm getting stalked by 500 people already. So you have a jerk in your group. He's trolling the dps, he's behaving well, like an 8 year old. What can you do? It's duty finder and the internet is anonymous right? This guy can get away with murder because hey, he doesn't know you and what he does won't impact him at all.
Actually, any RESPECTABLE FC and LS leader would take the complaint very seriously. Many FCs and LSs are very particular about the reputation of their respective groups and the behavior of their members.
Although if some is being condescending, mean or cruel to other party members, I usually look them up on the Lodestone and then report them for either harassment or inappropriate behavior, whichever is more relevant.
