Been using those words for years. It is only recently in THIS game have anyone taken offense to it. If you were to also take offense, you would be a majority.

That being said, i have to say this game has breed really unusual behavior for a MMO. I have been playing MMO's for many many years, yet the things people do and say in this game... are completely new to me.

The thing is, what I have noticed in this game as I have played several MMO games in the past myself, this game has brought people from several other MMOs together.
Like countries, every MMO has their own culture and uses.
What was deemed acceptible in one game can be completely insulting in the other. And of course there are the rotten apples from every society.

And it's not that I am offended nor would I resort to violence, but I do take being told off like that as rude.
And in-game I would have probably started the exact same debate with you as we are having here.
