Want dat was immers de taal die ze allemaal zouden spreken als wij op 24 September 1664 Nieuw Amsterdam niet hadden gecapituleerd aan de Britten.

The last thing you want to say to someone who needs to chill out is "chill".
There are very few DF situations in this game where you even need to communicate with other people. The situations that require communication usually shouldn't be done with DF anyway.
You could try typing a complete sentence. Itd sound more like a respectful request and less like a sarcastic and disrespectful command coming from the bitter fat chick at the DMV.
Not that what he did was justified but its kinda hard to tell a persons tone through the internet a lot of times.
