Multiple suggestions.

1 - Remove paladin's shield bash off the GCD. Stunbotting really isn't fun, and this is probably going to deter fresh tanks.

2 - Why can't you open your freecompy list while in a dungeon? Is there a reason behind that? Should be removed if not.

3 - Blacklist feature when right clicking a name. Also should be a report feature for spamming.

4 - Not being able to do a solo que quest while in the dungeon finder. Wouldn't it be better for it to simply pause your que instead of having to decide if you want to give up on the que you've been in for 30mins, or do your story quest which requires that solo event.

5 - Pet control. A toggle-able auto cast feature would be nice. Since currently you either have to A) Let your pet cast w.e the hell it wants, or B) Have it cast nothing and you have to completely control your pet. A toggle-able auto cast system would be amazing since your pet will still cast basic attacks/spells, but save the 1-2min CDs for when you want them.
