What happened to players?

I am by no means close to "end game" and therefore can't speak for any of the interactions at the higher levels, but if I could get to level 30 without having to send a single /tell to anyone asking for some assistance, I can kind of imagine what it would be like at "end game".

Actually, the issue I noticed here is that the game allows you (through DF) to more or less solo your way though to end game, and even a good chunk of end game itself, and then you hit a brick wall at around Titan HM where it becomes very difficult to progress without a dedicated group of people you can rely on.

Obviously the idea is that by this point you would have made friends or belong to a FC that you can run with, but because this "requirement" is delayed until relatively far into end-game, those who casually soloed their way there suddenly find themselves needing to join a group/FC that are capable of doing these end-game contents, and it can be a difficult adjustment unless you are lucky enough to get into a relatively casual FC that fits your play style (as opposed to joining a random end game FC and suddenly finding yourself being asked to put on a headset to "pro up" so people can start barking orders at you).

I actually like rude/crude people because I'm one of them. I tell very offensive jokes, which my old FC couldn't stand, It was hilarious.

Drama, trolling, and incredibly bad jokes is what makes MMO's fun for me. Back in WoW, my guild was the rudest, crudest, griefing, troloololol guild. We were a WPvP guild and we fed on tears and hate from the entire server who hated us. It was some of the most fun times I ever had playing MMO's.

But everyone here just wants to have tea time and mindlessly grind AK doing nothing entertaining.

I think the better question would be, why give negative reactions from others negative actions? Why even bother spending time and energy acknowledging those who are rude and ungrateful, when you could be using that same time and energy searching for players you get along with and are like-minded? By even letting such people get to you, you are giving them control of not only your experience but quite possibly your actual emotions.

I totally understand some players are unbearable to some people, as there are some for me as well, but the best thing to do, is live and let live, as this is an MMO, so you will find all kinds of people no matter where you go.

The more mature community was replaced with a selfish, childish, impatient ones that shout a lot of speculated garbage.

Yet under it there is still a good community, just need to wean out those that corrupt it.
