He only has a single rank 30, and thus his collective level is low. Then we have a bunch of people with multiple R50s and a high collective. Pretty much this. Sorry but not all newbies act as you claim. And it is that attitude that made cookie cutting happen in ffxi. People played a job one way all he way to max level then force this build on others. Using the "i got it to max, i know more then you" statement.
