Legacy mark/tattoo defaults to not showing - how to default to showing?

I am trying to find out how to default the legacy mark / meteor tattoo to show by default

I opened a request but they said they were unable to help me.

Details:

During character creation/remodeling the legacy mark / meteor tattoo was showing on my characters and also during game play for a few days into the launch.

Then the meteor tattoo went away.

The support desk recently let me know the meteor tattoo could be displayed by using:

/lmark on

and not displayed by using:

/lmark off

Currently the tattoo is defaulted to off as I have to manually invoke '/lmark on' to get it to show every time I log in, change armor, etc.

Does anyone know how to get it to default to always on?
