Does your character gets deleted if registering FINAL FANTASY XIV to a new account

Does anyone know if your character gets deleted or if it remains if you register FFXIV to a new square enix account? I registered the game to the account i created during the beta but that account can't use crysta to subscribe to the game, but the other account i have can purchase crysta so I can sub to the game, so i was wondering if they transferred FINAL FANTASY XIV to the intended account if my character transfers over to or do i have to start all over again?

Sorry, but you can't move a character from one account to the other. If you want to keep playing that existing character, you'll need to find a way/work with SE to subscribe on that account.

The character won't be deleted if you don't subscribe on the original account, but you just won't be able to login/play with it until you do.
