PLD Gear Guide?

Seen the other thread but it just shows you gear for each slot... No guide on what to wear, what stats to aim for, what points to reach, and what melds for T2 HQ Darksteel and Rosegold access.

While I don't know each of the stats teire but when gearing for coil you want to have around 470 accuracy or so otherwise you could have some trouble holding threat as you will miss often. You should take a look at the valk dancing mad site it really breaks down the stat tiers for you and what stats you should try to obtain to reach that next tier.
