Though I still haven't heard of any actions being taken against all of the raids that exploit-killed Twintania.

Was there any proof of an exploit? If there was you can report them. You don't even have to be on the same world as them. Reporting after the fact in regards to someone using an exploit is pretty difficult to prove.

In the AK tree scenario, or any group in which members ask you to use a known exploit, refuse on the grounds that it is an exploit, and if they insist, report them. They will get banned.
