Walked up to NPC and there were 5 people standing there. Quest turn-in did not finish. Tech department suggested posting on forum.

Steps:
1. Receieved the quest "Sealed with Science"
2. Traveled to Highbridge
3. Selected NPC "Hahasako"
4. When clicking the NPC to turn the quest in, nothing happens.
5. I tried changing classes, but as lower level, only the Small talk option works.
6. Tried restarting the game client, twice, to no avail.
7. Several people are standing around this area with the same issue.
