Story Quest "Sealed with Science" Not Working

When trying to deliver the warded pot to Hahasako, the NPC does not respond at all. It is not just me that has this problem as others were standing by the NPC and complaining. On server Coeurl.

When trying to deliver the warded pot to Hahasako, the NPC does not respond at all. It is not just me that has this problem as others were standing by the NPC and complaining. On server Coeurl.

I can provide support that this is occurring. I have a linkshell with about 10 members that cannot progress the story past this point because of this. The NPC does not respond to me while the quest is eligible for completion. When I am under leveled, his Small Talk option is the only option that provides a response. When I choose the story mission, nothing happens. The screen that usually displays the journal entry doesn't appear.

We are also on Coeurl server.

I am stuck at this quest, as well.. Same server. There were 5 people waiting around when I went to turn it in. As it is part of the main storyline, can this be pushed to a high priority, please?

Steps:
1. Receieved the quest "Sealed with Science"
2. Traveled to Highbridge
3. Selected NPC "Hahasako"
4. When clicking the NPC to turn the quest in, nothing happens.
5. I tried changing classes, but as lower level, only the Small talk option works.
6. Tried restarting the game client, twice, to no avail.
7. Several people are standing around this area with the same issue.
