    Monk/Pugilist: Useless Skills

True Strike: 150potency 5% increased chance to crit.
This skill isn't much different from twin snakes. There isn't much incentive to use it.

Arm of the Destroyer: 50potency 130TP 1second silence
The utility is cool versus magic users but the silence duration is pathetic.
The TP consumption is too high to warrant continuous use.

One Inch Punch: 80potency Removes a Beneficial Status
I don't know of any situation where this skill is useful.

These three monk skills don't have much relevance in combat from what I've noticed. I don't know how to fix them but they need some looking at.

Your alternative is Twin snakes, which has 140 potency. How is 10 more potency and a higher chance for crit not incentive for using it? As long as you have the twin snakes buff up, you should be using True strike.

There really isn't much incentive to use True Strike over Twin Snakes until you have the Skill Speed (430+) to alternate safely. Losing Twin Snakes even for a few seconds hurts your damage far more than missing out on 10 extra potency. I wouldn't go so far as to call True Strike "useless", but it's certainly a strange design choice to require you to be decked out in end-game gear to make efficient use of a skill you've had since level 2.

True Strike: Has full potency from any direction. That alone is incentive to use it in certain situations, nevermind the extra damage and crit chance. When target's back is available and your skill speed is high enough, alternate this with Twin Snakes for improved DPS.

Arm of the Destroyer: This skill is very useful in AK, Chimera, and Coil as an interrupt skill.

One Ilm Punch: Little use in current endgame encounters from what I've seen, but it can have its uses while leveling and/or soloing and may prove more useful in future countent.

In short, there's nothing about these skills that needs fixing.

After I read here I am smiling. this skill is only useful when doing fate gring.
Interrupt? Good luck. This silence skill is way worse than bard and pld' skill. By an average you need wait 3 sec to active this skill but most mob spell casting time only 1.5 sec such high voltage in turn 2. it is not completely useless but definitely not VERY useful.

You do realize that Bards' silence is on a 30 sec CD, right? Why don't you at least research what you're talking about before making ridiculous comparisons.

Do you realize arm of the destroyer has to be used in the correct for to silence? Good luck getting a reliable interrupt with that

^This. The nodes cast High Voltage every 20 sec after their initial High Voltage. ADS does it about every 17-20 sec. Easily done by a competent mnk.
