mmc.exe is the Microsoft Management Console, and it is rather important. It was causing snap-in crashes on Windows 8 prior to Windows 8 and Server 2012 cumulative update 2795944. Make sure that your system is entirely up-to-date through the windows update utility (just search for it in the swipe bar).

You can open services.msc (just type it into search) and scroll through until you get to Windows Driver Foundation. Make sure that this is set to automatic. If it is, proceed, if it isn't switch it to automatic, and reboot.

    If that doesn't work:
    a. Open Control panel.

    b. Click on Troubleshooting.

    c. Click View all on the left pane of the screen.

    d. In the list of options, click on System Maintenance.

    e. Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions.

That driver that is failing to load (WudfRd) is usually related to an error produced by USB devices so make sure that any of them have the latest non-beta drivers as well. More often than not, that one can just be ignored. I suspect that the mmc.exe error is your problem.

Ok i have done all the updates that have been found over the windows-updater. The thing with the System Maintenance I have done too and it tells me that all is well and that changes or updating is not necessary.
Then I tried again to start final fantasy but its the same as before. Restart after a few minutes.

And the crashlog only say that the system has rebooted without cleanly shutting it down properly and the system has been shut down unexpectedly.

    You're quite welcome.

    First suggestion:
"Chipset Driver is not the right one or HDD is dying."
Since it's brand new, it is doubtfully the latter. Go to the website of the company who manufactured your motherboard and get the latest non-beta drivers for your chipset, and we'll go from there. That being said, the HDD could be faulty.
