Tank/healer looking for hardcore or semi hardcore raiding FC. Transfering from JP

First off Im currently on JP server but I get 350 ms over there so looking for a NA server. My tanks 50 full darklight with relic.

Would love to find a FC I can tank in I realize most have there preferred tanks already so im willing to level a healer if need be. Last 15 years mmo experience has been healing so I assure you Im no slouch there. I just recently discovered how much fun tanking can be so I'm really hoping I can find an FC that I can do that in. I'm willing to heal though.

Im canadian 36 years old and I play 10 hours a day or more usually. Id like to create an alt and hang out a bit before transfers come and level the healer.

Anyhow have fun and keep slayin dragons.
