2002 errors

I've had constant 2002 errors and been unable to connect to the lobby server for several hours. Is there some outage that isn't posted on the status forum? Anyone else having this problem?

Also unable to sign in at the moment. Downloaded the new update, loaded the game and the start button is disabled, and kicks me off with a 2002 every time after a minute or so.

The start menu isn't selectable, then I get the 2002 error. You hit OK...and the game just sits there. When you load Task Manager to End Task, it won't end...just hangs until you reboot or shut down the machine. If you try to load the game again without restarting, it returns a Fatal Direct X error.
