Application runtime error, Event ID 1000 in Windows 7

[Kalcipher]

FFXIV ARR hung for a moment then closed down. This occurred shortly after logging in at 8:20pm EST on Oct 9, 2013. I exited the Inn in Gridania, ran up the hill toward the market and was about to enter the passage way to the Gridanian market when my screen froze, I got the Error Notice - afterwhich, FFXIV ARR closed itself. I will post the information from my Event viewer:
